Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using LIFE OS, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Description of service

LIFE OS is a habit and standards tracking application. Certain features require a paid membership.

3. Membership tiers and pricing

• Founding Annual - $77/year, limited to the first 400 members
• Renewal Annual - $99/year, applied to renewals and to new members once the Founding tier is no longer available
• Lifetime - $350 one-time payment, no recurring charge

Prices are subject to change for future purchases. Changes will not affect a membership you have already paid for during its current paid period.

4. Payment terms

Membership is paid via cryptocurrency, sent to a wallet address provided at checkout. You are solely responsible for sending the exact quoted amount, in the correct currency, on the correct network, to the correct address, before the quote expires. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. We cannot recover funds sent incorrectly, and cannot grant membership for a payment that does not match the quote.

After sending payment, you must submit the transaction hash through the app. Payments are reviewed manually and membership is granted only after confirmation. Manual review may take up to 24-48 hours. We are not obligated to confirm a payment instantly.

We reserve the right to reject a submission that does not match the quoted amount, currency, network, or that uses a transaction hash already submitted by another user.

All cryptocurrency payments are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, for sending an incorrect amount, or for using the wrong network or address. If you believe a confirmed payment was made in error, contact us at LifeOSHQ@protonmail.com and we will review it at our discretion this is not a guarantee of any remedy.

5. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. One account per person unless otherwise agreed.

6. Prohibited use

You may not: attempt to access another user's data or account; attempt to circumvent payment verification or membership checks; use the service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to disrupt or overload the service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Account deletion and data

You may delete your account at any time. Deleting your account removes your personal profile, habit data, logs, goals, and preferences. Payment/transaction records may be retained in a form stripped of unnecessary personal data, as required for financial recordkeeping. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. No financial or professional advice

LIFE OS provides habit tracking and scoring tools. Nothing in the app constitutes financial, medical, legal, or professional advice. You are responsible for your own decisions based on your use of the app.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

LIFE OS is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LIFE OS and its owner are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of funds due to user error in sending cryptocurrency payments.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as LIFE OS evolves. Material changes will be noted with an updated "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
