Who we are

LIFE OS is a habit and standards tracking application. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what rights you have over it.

What we collect

• Account information: email address (via email/password signup or Google sign-in), display name if set.
• Habit and tracking data: habits, categories, standards, daily logs (completions, numeric values, time entries, mood, notes, reflections), goals and progress.
• Payment information: the wallet address you send payment from, transaction hashes you submit, membership tier and payment status. We do not store credit card numbers or private keys.
• Technical information: login timestamps and session data for security.

Why we collect it

To provide habit tracking and score calculation, verify membership payments, secure your account, and send account-related emails. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who else touches your data

Supabase hosts our database and authentication. Resend sends account-related emails. Because payment happens on a public blockchain, transaction details are inherently public and viewable via any block explorer.

How long we keep it

Habit and account data is kept while your account is active or until deletion. Payment/transaction records are retained after account deletion where required for financial recordkeeping, stripped of unnecessary personal data. Admin audit logs are retained indefinitely for security purposes.

Your rights

You may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing, depending on your jurisdiction. Contact LifeOSHQ@protonmail.com or use "Delete my account" in Settings.

Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. This removes your personal profile, habits, logs, goals, and preferences. Payment records are retained in a form stripped of unnecessary personal data, as required for financial recordkeeping. This action is irreversible.

Security

We use row-level security so no user can access another user's data, and server-side authorization checks on administrative actions. No system is perfectly secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as LIFE OS evolves. Material changes will be noted with an updated date above.
